capturing moments on 35mm film

My passion for photography started when I studied analog photography in high school. I'd choose to spend my lunch breaks in the dark room developing black & white photos over hanging out with my friends most days. Since then I've dabbled with digital photography but my love for film has lead me to take this creative path. The images created from film have a raw & authentic look with a nostalgic feel.

As a mother of two young wildlings, I find joy in capturing mothers & families. As mothers, we are usually the ones behind the camera so I love creating memories for mothers to look back on with their children. Capturing families playing & laughing together is the vibe I like to go for. Real-life moments, including the chaos & rawness of parenting is just as beautiful to capture. These are the memories we want to look back on & feel into that moment again. 

I love to capture womanhood in all it's seasons. Maiden, mother & beyond. This can be available for an individual session or a group, including womens circles & mothers blessing ceremonies. Maternity is also something that I thrive on capturing. These moments (no matter how awful you may feel) are so precious! Let's capture that special moment in time.
